Backyard BBQ: Creeping Crust Cobbler

1/2 C butter

Melt in 9x9 pan


1 C flour
1 C sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 C milk


Combine and spoon over melted butter


2 C fresh fruit
1 C sugar (if the fruit is already sweet/ripe I would only add 1/2 C sugar)


Heat to dissolve sugar and pour over pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
